This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven recruiter who enjoys building relationships, identifying talent, and influencing hiring decisions. Working within a fast-paced international environment, you'll combine strong sourcing expertise with a consultative approach to help attract and secure the people who will drive our continued success.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while helping to strengthen our talent pipelines and employer brand.

  • Build strong and trusted relationships with hiring managers, developing a deep understanding of hiring needs, team dynamics, and the skills required for success.
  • Source and engage high-calibre talent through direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, referrals, social media, and other innovative attraction channels.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines across key skill areas and jurisdictions, ensuring a proactive approach to current and future hiring requirements.
  • Deliver end-to-end, 360 recruitment processes, producing high-quality candidate shortlists while maintaining an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journey.

  • Assess candidates against role requirements, technical capabilities, and organisational fit, ensuring a consistent and effective selection process.
  • Partner closely with HR colleagues and operational teams to ensure a seamless, aligned, and efficient recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and present competitive offers, helping secure top talent in competitive markets.
  • Communicate openly and professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring high standards of data integrity and reporting.
  • Represent the organisation at networking events, industry forums, careers fairs, and talent attraction initiatives, helping to strengthen our employer brand and talent networks.
  • Monitor recruitment performance through reporting and analytics, using data and insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced hiring outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
