Our client is a rapidly growing international business with a presence across the UK, US, Middle East and South Africa. Working with globally recognised brands across the sport, fashion and consumer sectors, they are investing heavily in talent and are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to help drive their ambitious growth plans worldwide.
Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK and international locations, including the US, Middle East and South Africa.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights and recruitment solutions.
- Proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates through headhunting, networking and talent mapping techniques.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct market mapping exercises to identify key talent and competitor landscapes.
- Drive direct hiring strategies to reduce reliance on external agencies.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of centralised recruitment processes across global teams.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, balancing both high-volume and specialist recruitment requirements.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.
- Track recruitment activity and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Support the business's ongoing growth plans by identifying and attracting top talent across a variety of functions.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor, helping managers navigate recruitment challenges and make informed hiring decisions.

Profile
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar talent-focused role.
- Exposure to in-house recruitment, either in a dedicated TA role or as part of a broader HR function.
- Proven success in sourcing and attracting candidates through proactive headhunting and direct search techniques.
- Demonstrated experience mapping talent markets and building pipelines for specialist or hard-to-fill roles.
- Confident managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions.
- Commercially minded, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to recruitment challenges.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience recruiting within creative, marketing, digital, sport, fashion, or consumer-focused environments would be advantageous.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience and driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working within a growing and evolving business.
