About the Role
A multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund is looking to hire a graduate into their expanding London HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within a team of established HR professionals, we are looking for an entry-level hire to support European talent acquisition.
- Core to the role is to handle recruitment coordination and scheduling at high-volume.
- The hire will also grow into a role in which they will be tasked with creating solutions to process issues – an individual keen to learn advanced tech and utilize AI tools for automation would do particularly well in this role.

Qualifications
- Candidates could be 2026 graduates with internship experience or 2024/2025 graduates with recruitment experience looking for their first job in the hedge fund space.
- A 2:1/first-class degree from a high-ranking university is required.

Compensation
The role is expected to pay a circa £40k base salary. High performers in the HR team earn strong % bonuses in addition to this. Furthermore, all breakfast/lunch and gym are fully subsidized.
