Company Description

Push Button Generation (PBG) is an end-to-end creative and digital agency specialising in authentic, engaging content for social and digital platforms. The team collaborates with both emerging and established creatives, partnering closely with brands to build effective social and digital strategies that drive audience interaction. In 2022, PBG launched PBGCreators, a dedicated talent arm focused on creative, distinctive Gen Z digital creators. The agency offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where talent, brands, and content intersect, giving team members exposure to cutting-edge campaigns and creator-led projects.

Role Description

This Talent Agent role is a position based in East London. Our Talent Agent will support the management of digital creators, including helping to source new talent, maintain creator rosters, and coordinate communication between talents and brands. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with casting for campaigns, tracking deliverables and maintaining accurate records of agreements and bookings. The role also involves liaising with clients and creators to answer queries, schedule meetings, and ensure a smooth collaboration process. Our talent agent will work closely with the PBGCreators team to learn industry best practices and contribute to the growth of the talent arm. We are looking for an enthusiastic and problem-solving agent who can grow with our business and talent.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with talent and brand partners.
  • Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships with creators and clients.
  • Sales skills to support pitching creators for campaigns and identifying collaboration opportunities.
  • Talent Management and Casting skills to assist in scouting, evaluating, and coordinating digital creators for suitable projects.
  • Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and Gen Z (and Gen A!) digital culture.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment and collaborating within a small, creative team.
  • 2 years + prior experience as an agent, ideally 1+ year working with digital influencers.
