Manchester
Salary: £27,976 - £42,914 experience dependent
We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager with a proven track record of excellent client / talent management and booking performance, to join our Reach Division in our Manchester Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with social media creators.
- Source and negotiate paid brand partnerships.
- Pitch talent to brands, agencies and marketing teams.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables and campaign fees.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure all content is delivered on schedule.
- Identify new commercial opportunities for creators.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging social platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands and agency partners.
- Support creators with career development and long-term growth strategies.
- Track campaign performance and provide reporting where required.
What mindset and skills are crucial to this role?
- Passionate about the creator economy and social media.
- Experienced in influencer marketing or talent management.
- A confident communicator and skilled negotiator.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially minded with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends.
