Talent Agent/Commercial Talent Agent

EVOLVE is an independent communications, talent and cultural agency working across fashion, luxury, beauty and entertainment.
As we continue to grow our talent division, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Talent Agent to join the team, representing a selective roster of established and emerging talent and developing meaningful opportunities across fashion, beauty, luxury, entertainment and culture.
This is a proactive role for someone who understands that great talent representation goes far beyond managing inbound enquiries. You will be expected to identify opportunities, build relationships with brands and agencies, negotiate commercial partnerships and help shape the long-term positioning and careers of the talent you represent.
The Role
Working closely with EVOLVE’s Directors, you will manage and develop a roster of talent while actively generating new commercial opportunities in the UK and internationally.
You will act as a trusted representative for talent, balancing commercial growth with thoughtful career strategy and ensuring every partnership feels credible, valuable and aligned.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively sourcing and securing paid partnerships, ambassadorships, campaigns, appearances, events and other commercial opportunities for EVOLVE talent.
- Pitching talent directly to brands, agencies, production companies and other relevant partners.
- Managing inbound commercial enquiries from initial conversation through negotiation, contracting, delivery and completion.
- Negotiating talent fees, usage, exclusivity, territories, deliverables, licensing and wider commercial terms.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, entertainment and culture.
- Developing individual commercial and positioning strategies for each talent on the roster.
- Identifying new categories, markets and partnership opportunities that can expand a talent’s commercial footprint.
- Maintaining an active pipeline of prospective deals and ensuring consistent follow-up with potential partners.
- Working alongside EVOLVE’s PR team to identify opportunities where talent, brands, press and cultural moments can intersect.
- Supporting talent around key moments including Fashion Weeks, premieres, launches, festivals, awards, sporting events and international travel.
- Managing deal administration, contracts and deliverables alongside the wider EVOLVE team.
- Tracking commercial performance, deal pipelines and upcoming opportunities across the roster.
- Identifying prospective new talent and supporting conversations around signing and representation.
- Developing strong, trusted and long-term relationships with the talent you represent.

About You
You will ideally have experience within talent management, influencer management, entertainment, partnerships, brand relations or a commercially focused agency environment.

You should be:
- Naturally commercial and motivated by generating new business.
- A confident negotiator who understands the value of talent.
- Highly proactive and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to arrive.
- Well connected, or confident building a strong network quickly.
- Culturally engaged with a genuine understanding of fashion, entertainment, beauty, luxury and digital culture.
- Comfortable communicating with talent, managers, agents, global brands and senior decision-makers.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple negotiations, campaigns and personalities simultaneously.
- Discreet, emotionally intelligent and capable of representing talent professionally in sensitive situations.
- Entrepreneurial in approach and excited by the opportunity to help build a growing talent division rather than simply inherit an established desk.
