Role Description
The Talent Agent role at Young Bookings is a remote position responsible for managing and promoting a roster of talent. In this role, the Talent Agent will:

The Talent Agent will communicate regularly with talent and clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and maintain strong professional relationships. Daily tasks include:
- Reviewing project briefs
- Matching talent to roles
- Handling inquiries
- Resolving issues
- Ensuring a smooth experience for all parties
The role also involves:
- Tracking performance
- Maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with internal team members to support strategic growth
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with talent and clients.
- Proficiency in Sales and negotiation to secure favorable opportunities and contracts.
- Experience in Talent Management and Casting to match individuals with suitable roles and projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM or talent databases, email, and video conferencing platforms.
- Prior experience in entertainment, media, modeling, or related industries is beneficial.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment when handling confidential information.
- Relevant education or training in business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
