Role Description

The Talent Agent will manage and develop a roster of talent, building strong relationships and supporting their long-term career growth. This full-time role involves 4 days a week working at our office in Shoreditch and 1 day working remote. Duties include:

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Responding to client briefs
  • Preparing casting materials
  • Scheduling and confirming bookings

The Talent Agent will collaborate closely to identify new opportunities, contribute to marketing efforts, and uphold Crumb’s standards of service and professionalism. The role also requires proactive outreach, market awareness, and consistent follow-ups to secure high-quality work for our talent.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with talent and clients.
  • Experience in Sales and negotiation, including pitching talent and closing booking opportunities.
  • Background in Talent Management, with the capability to guide, support, and advocate for talent across projects.
  • Knowledge of Casting processes and workflows within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or creative industries.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, social media, and digital portfolios to identify and promote emerging talent.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.
  • Prior experience in a talent, casting, or agency setting is required; relevant education or training in media, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
