Morgan Management is a boutique talent agency representing some of the industry's best digital content creators. Founded in 2021 by Francesca Webb, we are all about elevating our talent and connecting them with top-tier brands - including Nespresso, Boots, Moroccan Oil, John Lewis, M&S, Dyson and more - to deliver partnerships that are authentic, engaging and commercially successful. We're a close-knit team of five, and we're looking for a Talent Agent to join us as we continue to grow.
Location: Remote, with 1–2 days a week together in London
The Role
You'll manage a roster of digital creators day-to-day, acting as their first point of contact and trusted advisor. You'll negotiate brand deals, build and maintain relationships with agencies and in-house brand teams, and help shape your talent's long-term career strategy. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, fast-growing part of the industry - no two days look the same.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
