FTC – 9-12 months (Maternity cover)
What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Act as the single point of contact for CSS Talent Management
- Represent CSS in all relevant Talent Management topics, including Career Enablement, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Succession Management, Culture, and Employee Engagement.
- Translate global and local T&D processes and programs into CSS-specific solutions that address unit needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
Collaborate and align across the business
- Partner with Total Rewards (TR) and Talent Acquisition (TA) to ensure integration and consistency across initiatives.
- Work closely with relevant global T&D SMEs to leverage best practices and ensure alignment with global strategies.
- Understand CSS-specific strategic development needs and partner with the relevant T&D colleagues to ensure development solutions align with the CSS unit strategy and EMEA priorities.
What You Will Bring
- Proven expertise with knowledge of Talent Management topics.
- Proactive and accountable, driving the right course of action with passion and fact-based decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the credibility to partner effectively with senior leaders and global stakeholders.
- Clear and engaging communication skills to inspire, influence, and mobilize leaders and teams.
- Ability to design innovative, impactful and evidence-based solutions that go beyond mainstream approaches.
- Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels, combining a consultative mindset with hands-on execution.
- Curious and analytical, able to interpret talent data, identify trends and make evidence-based decisions.
- Skilled at building credibility and rapport across diverse senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative and experienced in working across geographies, functions and disciplines within a matrix environment.
- Highly organized and structured, with an enterprise-wide perspective.
- Committed to diversity, equity and inclusion, embedding these principles in all talent strategies.

This exciting role involves strategizing, developing, and implementing policies, processes, and tools in conjunction with global suppliers. What you will do:
- Understand business needs to develop SME strategies, global processes, policies and directives.
- Define measurements and control methods to track strategy implementation using OKRs and other techniques.
- Assist in the communication of SME strategy by developing effective communication approaches and assets.
- Define the deployment plan for people solutions, drive and monitor implementation while managing any deviations.
- Initiate corrective actions and improvements when necessary.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge to continually build subject matter expertise.
