What you will do on your journey with WebBeds
As a Talent & Learning Specialist, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of global learning, leadership, and talent initiatives that help our people grow and perform at their best. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will coordinate programmes, administer learning and talent systems, and turn data and feedback into practical solutions.
This role suits someone organised, analytical, and service-oriented who enjoys keeping multiple activities on track. You will play a key part in strengthening capability, performance, and the employee experience across a diverse, multi-region organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Learning programme delivery: Deliver and evaluate assigned global learning and leadership development programmes, supporting global rollouts and leadership sessions from planning through to completion.
- Learning content and solutions: Contribute to learning pathways, blended solutions, e-learning content, guides, and toolkits, partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to turn capability needs into practical learning solutions.
- Workday Learning administration: Administer and improve Workday Learning, including campaigns, learning paths, catalogues, enrolments, and reporting.
- External learning platforms: Administer external learning platforms such as Udemy, monitoring access, utilisation, and effectiveness.
- Talent management cycles: Deliver assigned activities across performance management, talent identification, talent reviews, succession, and development planning, and support talent reviews and performance cycles across regions.
- Learning and talent insights: Analyse participation, feedback, programme outcomes, and talent, performance, succession, and development data to identify trends and opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Frameworks and resources: Improve talent frameworks, processes, tools, and employee resources, and contribute to competency and skills frameworks, career pathways, and development planning resources.
- Workday Talent Optimisation: Support Workday Talent Optimisation processes, adoption, and user experience.
- Stakeholder and employee support: Support Talent & Culture Executive Partners (EPs), managers, and employees with talent processes and development practices, and provide first-line support for learning and talent process queries.
- Programme coordination: Coordinate schedules, invitations, attendance, and virtual or in-person session set-up, working with vendors, facilitators, and participants to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Communications and materials: Prepare communications, reminders, materials, and follow-ups for learning and talent activities.
- Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate trackers, reports, content libraries, and process documentation, and collate feedback, survey responses, and completion data for evaluation and reporting.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent, Organisational Development, HR programme coordination, or a related field.
- Experience delivering or coordinating learning, leadership, or talent activities in a global or multi-region environment.
- Exposure to performance management, talent reviews, succession, development planning, or skills and competency frameworks.
- Experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms, with Workday Learning and Udemy experience preferred.
- Confident systems user with a proactive, service-oriented approach to administration, first-line support, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to analyse participation, feedback, and programme data to identify insights and recommend improvements.
- Strong programme coordination, planning, and prioritisation skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across business teams, regional partners, subject matter experts, vendors, and facilitators.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging communications, guides, and employee resources.
- Passion for employee growth, capability building, and delivering a positive employee experience in a fast-paced global environment.
