Definition of Done (DOD)
Definition of Done (DOD) is a technology consultancy that focuses on transforming complex technology challenges into practical, measurable outcomes. The team works with organisations across artificial intelligence, blockchain, software engineering, business and technology strategy, and tech recruitment. DOD’s work extends from strategic advisory to hands-on implementation, including agentic AI, institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure, complex software delivery, and building high-performing teams. The consultancy brings together experienced practitioners who understand both advanced technologies and the realities of delivering them in complex, regulated environments. Guided by a clear outcome-focused approach, DOD prioritises defining success and delivering against it: Define it. Deliver it. Done.
Not every great person is looking the moment we have an opening, and not every opening is live the moment you're looking. This is a standing invitation: submit your CV at wearedod.com/talent to join our talent network. We review every submission ourselves, no keyword-matching software, and when there's a genuine fit, whether that's a seat on our own team or an introduction to one of the clients we place talent with, someone from DOD will reach out directly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
