The last couple of years has seen Linaker grow exponentially and 2026 has started in much the same vein. Our client base continues to grow month on month and as a result we are now looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our lovely people team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting across our TA function, working on a wide range of positions across both Engineering and Non-Engineering disciplines.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Proactively source candidates from various sources including job boards, social media and referrals.
- Work with the TA team to build & maintain a talent pipeline to ensure recruitment demands are achieved.
- Use various social media platforms to showcase current vacancies.
- Ensure all required documentation is received from successful candidates.
- Ensure accurate candidate records are kept on our in-house ATS system.
- Any additional tasks when required to support the People team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience of working in Recruitment, either in-house or agency – ideally with an understanding / experience of volume recruitment into contact centre/business support functions
- Superb communication skills are a must.
- A hunger to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to confidently balance multiple tasks & priorities.
- This role will be a mixture of home and office based so you must be proactive in nature.
- Previous experience of working with an ATS / HRIS – prior experience of Hi Bob or Teamtailor would be a plus!
- Passionate about all things people and delivering a seamless candidate journey.
- A good sense of humour and positive by nature.
