About The Occupational Psychology Centre (OPC)
The OPC is a highly successful team of Consultants and Occupational Psychologists delivering a wide range of psychological services. Our work is varied and engaging, with a particular focus on the rail industry, both within the UK and internationally.
The Role
We are seeking a Talent Assessor to join our team based at our Watford office. You will be delivering psychometric testing at locations across the UK; therefore, regular travel and overnight stays will be required.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, supporting the successful delivery of assessment centres.
Ideal Candidate Profile
As the successful candidate you will have:
- A degree in Psychology (desirable)
- Registration on the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) for Occupational Ability (desirable)
- A strong interest in working with a wide range of people

Your Key Responsibilities
- Administer psychometric assessments
- Provide clear feedback to candidates
- Conduct structured interviews as required
- Complete all associated documentation accurately and efficiently
- Input assessment data

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels

Salary and Application Details
- Starting salary from £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Successful candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview at our offices in Watford, Hertfordshire. As part of the selection process, candidates will also be asked to complete a concentration test under supervised conditions.
