Are you passionate about employer branding, campaign performance, and building talent pipelines that actually convert?

I am working with a well-known National Institution in their search to hire a Talent Attraction Consultant to help shape how they attract, engage, and win top talent.

This isn't a traditional recruitment role—it's about the strategy before the hire. You'll lead the development of a talent attraction strategy that strengthens employer brand, optimises campaign activity, and builds sustainable pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and delivering talent attraction strategies aligned to workforce plans and business priorities
  • Championing the Employer Value Proposition across all attraction activity
  • Creating employer brand campaigns and attraction content that lands
  • Managing relationships with external attraction agencies and recruitment marketing partners
  • Analysing labour market trends, campaign performance, and recruitment data to drive insight-led decisions
  • Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues
  • Championing inclusive attraction strategies and a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Continuously innovating attraction approaches based on market insight

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
