Who are we?

Maison Estelle is a private members’ club set in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse on Grafton Street, Mayfair. A ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A new school club (no rules), with old school values of personalised service and discretion.

Maison Estelle & Celeste | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We’re looking for a sharp, organised and people-focused Talent Attraction Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at Maison Estelle and Celeste.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the heart of our recruitment activity. You’ll be the person keeping everything moving, from creating standout candidate experiences and coordinating interviews to preparing new starters for their first day.

You’ll have the opportunity to gain real exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle within a premium hospitality environment, working with talented people and helping us attract the colleagues who bring our brands to life.

The on-target earning potential is £33,200 per annum based on a 40-hour contract, comprising £32,000 base salary + £1,200 qualified estimate in gratuities and service charge.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a key point of contact for candidates, delivering a warm and engaging experience.
  • Screen CVs and support initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews, recruitment days, open days and assessments.
  • Own our ATS, Recruit Genie, keeping candidate data accurate and compliant.
  • Prepare offers, contracts and onboarding paperwork.
  • Manage Right to Work, references and pre-employment checks.
  • Support visa and work permit processes where required.
  • Coordinate inductions, uniforms, welcome materials and first-day logistics.
  • Support recruitment reporting and workforce planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
