We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Attraction Executive to join our Employee Branding team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for delivering targeted, insight-led attraction activity that builds strong, diverse talent pipelines across Harrods.
About the Role
The Talent Attraction Executive will be accountable for delivering high-impact attraction outcomes across key areas including Talent Value Propositions (TVPs), pipeline development, internal mobility, market insights, and talent engagement activity, ensuring we attract and engage the right talent at the right time.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with Talent Partners and key stakeholders to deliver focused attraction activity that strengthens pipelines, improves hiring outcomes, and supports business priorities
- Build and manage proactive talent pipelines, ensuring strong, engaged talent pools across key areas
- Drive improvements in diverse hiring pipelines, embedding inclusive attraction practices into all activity
- Use data and insight to track performance and improve pipeline quality, engagement, and conversion
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and continuously improving ways of working
- Bring energy, curiosity, and accountability, always looking to raise the standard of delivery
About You
You are a high-performing Talent Attraction Partner who focuses on outcomes, not just activity, with proven experience in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, and converting high-quality candidates through targeted, insight-led attraction strategies. You have a strong understanding of diverse talent markets and are highly self-aware in your approach to inclusive hiring, ensuring attraction, engagement, and selection activities support the development of diverse and representative candidate pipelines. You are experienced in leveraging LinkedIn Talent Solutions, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and related sourcing tools, to identify talent, build market intelligence, and engage candidates effectively.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of delivery. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you use data, market mapping, talent intelligence, and recruitment technology to influence hiring outcomes, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve attraction performance. You bring energy, creativity, and strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable experience supporting diversity hiring initiatives, internal mobility programmes, EVP-led attraction campaigns, and the delivery of measurable recruitment results.
