About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Manager to join our Employer Brand & Talent Attraction team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a varied and exciting role that will see you working across multiple workstreams, including Early Careers, Networks, Digital, Corporate Units, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers, you'll develop and deliver innovative attraction strategies, build and manage key partnerships, and drive impactful recruitment marketing campaigns that help us attract top talent. You'll also take ownership of BT's careers site and recruitment marketing technology, continuously improving the candidate experience, optimising talent communities, and enhancing our employer brand presence across digital channels to ensure we connect with diverse talent pools in meaningful and engaging ways.

What You’ll Be Doing

Talent Attraction Strategy and Planning, Stakeholder Management & Data and Insights

  • Develop and deliver talent attraction strategies across multiple business areas and talent segments.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams and business leaders to understand workforce and hiring requirements.
  • Lead attraction planning and recruitment marketing activity aligned to immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with universities, industry bodies, diversity organisations, suppliers and media partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insight and attraction recommendations.
  • Deliver integrated attraction campaigns in partnership with Employer Brand, Content, Social and Recruitment teams.
  • Embed DE&I principles across all attraction activity.
  • Use data and market intelligence to evaluate ROI and improve future attraction strategies.

Careers Site, Talent Communities & Recruitment Marketing Technology

  • Own and manage BT’s careers website and attraction platform, ensuring content, navigation and candidate journeys support attraction objectives.
  • Lead the creation, management and optimisation of campaign landing pages across Talent Acquisition.
  • Manage branding updates, content enhancements and user experience improvements across the careers site.
  • Own talent community and talent pool activity, developing engagement strategies that nurture future candidates.
  • Utilise recruitment marketing and CRM capabilities to build targeted candidate audiences and engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor website performance, conversion rates and candidate engagement metrics to continually optimise results.
  • Partner with SAP SuccessFactors and other platform providers to deliver enhancements, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the key point of contact for careers site governance, ensuring content remains accurate, current and aligned with business priorities.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Experience in Talent Attraction, Employer Brand, Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience managing external partnerships and suppliers.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience managing careers websites, recruitment marketing platforms or attraction technology.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing (RMK), CRM platforms or similar technologies.
  • Experience creating campaign pages, talent communities and candidate engagement journeys.
  • Understanding of website analytics, conversion optimisation and digital marketing principles.
