About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Attraction Manager to join our amazing in-house recruitment team. You will be passionate about the fast-paced world of media with a drive to recruit the best people to our agencies across Omnicom Media.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers and People Teams dealing with the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Get a real breadth of exposure to different positions and understand the nuances of what the individual agencies require culturally and from skill sets.
- Work at group level across some of the industry’s leading media agencies with an established in-house team of highly experienced recruiters and alongside talented Hiring Managers.

Key Activities

- Sourcing the industry’s top talent directly, using a variety of tools, methods including; database, social media, networking and the internal referral scheme.
- Identifying, headhunting, meeting/interviewing and building long term relationships with the best in the sector.
- Managing the relationship with candidates including briefing on the role/agency they are interviewing with, managing feedback, negotiating offer and advise on onboarding.
- Updating all activity on our recruitment database.
- Building talent pools of relevant candidates for your sector, fuelling the future pipeline for the agencies.
- Building and maintaining strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, canvassing for referrals and recommendations where appropriate and setting/managing expectations when necessary.
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders and HR teams at each agency.
- Advising hiring managers on best recruitment strategy to fill vacancies and assist in writing job specs.
- Acting as a champion for the recruitment team across the business raising the recruitment team’s profile internally and externally.
- Acting as an expert in your field of recruitment gathering insights across the sector to feed back into the business.
- Liaising with and managing preferred supplier agencies where necessary.
- Lead specific TA projects which deliver tangible results for the TA team and wider business.
