Established in 2003, Urban Angels is one of the UK's leading children's model agencies, with divisions in London and Manchester. We represent exceptional young talent and work with some of the world's most recognisable brands, including Burberry, Zara, Next, Monsoon, Stella McCartney, JD Sports, and the Harry Potter franchise.

We are looking for a full-time Talent Booker to join our London team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, creative, and fast-paced agency where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, enthusiastic, approachable, and, above all, has a genuine love of working with children and families.

About You

Ideally, you'll have some experience working within a modelling, talent, casting, or creative agency and have established industry contacts.

However, we are also keen to hear from exceptional recent graduates or candidates at the beginning of their careers who can demonstrate the right attitude, enthusiasm, organisational skills, and willingness to learn. If you're ambitious, confident, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
