GTN is a specialist talent and brand consultancy working across entertainment, sport and culture. We are looking for a highly organised, ambitious Talent & Brand Executive to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role combining administration, project coordination, talent research, new business support and content. You'll work closely with a small senior team across live client projects and have the opportunity to grow quickly as the business develops.

The role

You'll support the team across:

  • Developing talent lists and researching talent against client briefs
  • Creating new business presentations, research and prospect lists
  • Maintaining project trackers, spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Supporting the coordination and administration of live client projects
  • Attending client calls and managing actions and follow-ups
  • Researching brands, agencies, talent and cultural opportunities
  • Supporting VIP programmes, talent campaigns and events
  • Managing the weekly operation of GTN's Substack media platform, FRONTED
  • Coordinating weekly LinkedIn and Instagram content
  • Supporting the wider team wherever required in a fast-moving business

About you

We're ideally looking for someone with 2–3 years' relevant experience across talent, entertainment, PR, advertising, influencer marketing or brand partnerships.

You'll be highly organised, proactive and culturally switched-on, with excellent written and verbal English and exceptional attention to detail.

You should be confident communicating professionally with clients and industry contacts, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and presentations, and interested in using AI and digital tools to work smarter.
