Who we are 🌍

We’re IAG Loyalty - one organisation with two ambitious, growing divisions across Loyalty and Holidays. Each has its own goals, strategy and team, but together we’re united by a shared vision to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences.

Our Loyalty division is home to Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail and financial services.

Our Holidays division including British Airways Holidays and Iberia Vacaciones, brings together trusted brands, connecting customers to thousands of destinations worldwide through seamless, end-to-end travel experiences.

We’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation – we’re going places.

The opportunity ✨

We’re looking for a Talent & Capability Advisor to create and deliver brilliant learning experiences for colleagues across both our Loyalty and Holidays divisions.

You’ll play a key role in helping our people build the confidence, skills and capabilities they need to succeed, combining the coordination and administration that keeps our learning activity running smoothly with the hands-on design and delivery of engaging development programmes.

You’ll take ownership of the operational delivery and continuous improvement of our Inspiring Induction experience, creating a seamless journey from pre-boarding through induction and early colleague engagement. Alongside this, you’ll contribute to the design of wider talent and capability initiatives and take an active role in delivering them to colleagues across the business.

It’s a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be just as comfortable getting into the detail of schedules, enrolments, learning records and communications as you are creating content, facilitating a session or finding new ways to make our learning experiences even better.

What you’ll be doing 🚀

  • Own the coordination, day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of our Inspiring Induction experience, from pre-boarding through induction and early colleague engagement.
  • Coordinate learning and talent activity, including scheduling, enrolment, learner communications, learning records, reporting and feedback.
  • Help ensure our mandatory learning remains accurate, up to date and compliant, monitoring participation and following up where needed.
  • Contribute to the design and development of learning programmes, content and resources, and take ownership of delivering agreed initiatives.
  • Deliver engaging learning and development sessions across face-to-face, virtual and digital environments.
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements and turn them into practical and engaging learning experiences.
  • Use learner feedback, participation data and operational insight to understand what’s working and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Talent & Capability, People, Communications, Compliance and the wider business to keep learning relevant, well-coordinated and aligned to our culture and business needs.
  • Explore how learning technology, digital content, AI and automation can help us create more engaging and efficient learning experiences.
  • Keep learning content, resources and communications organised, relevant and up to date.
  • Support the smooth running of learning operations, including working with external suppliers and coordinating purchasing activity where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
