Job Description

We are partnering with a global technology organisation undergoing a significant business integration across the EMEA region. As part of this programme, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support the employment onboarding and contract management process for a large employee population across multiple countries and legal entities.

6 months contract

Reading based - hybrid working

£200 - £215 a day

This role will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless employee experience throughout the integration process by coordinating contract administration, stakeholder communications, onboarding activities, and project tracking across a complex international landscape.

If you excel at managing high-volume workloads, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering exceptional operational support, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end preparation, issuance, tracking, and completion of employment contracts and contract amendments across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Coordinate activities in line with a structured integration timeline, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Partner closely with HR, Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support employee communications regarding contract updates, onboarding activities, and key project milestones.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee and manager queries throughout the onboarding and transition process.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility of progress and outstanding actions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives where appropriate.
  • Ensure all employee information is managed securely and in compliance with GDPR and local regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
