Talent Consultant – Defence & NatSec
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who wants to jump head-first into the Defence & UK Security sector.
This is an opportunity to break into one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most exciting technology markets.
You’ll be taught how to recruit SC, DV and eDV/UKIC-cleared professionals through relationship-led sourcing, while working with some of the Defence industry’s most established and disruptive organisations.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work alongside our established Defence & NatSec team, proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality professionals across the secure technology market.

What we’ll teach you
You don’t need previous Defence or Public Sector recruitment experience. We’ll give you the knowledge, tools and support to become a specialist in the market.

- How to find, approach and engage hard-to-reach cleared professionals
