Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage top talent in the US market.
  • Build a robust network and effectively advertise to potential candidates.
  • Identify and match candidate's skills with client vacancies to ensure the perfect fit.
  • Attract, register, and manage new candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Information Gathering: Liaise with clients and candidates to gather detailed information, facilitating successful placements.
  • Identify job leads and new opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of our US team.
  • Ensure adherence to GDPR and other relevant regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and gain candidate's confidence.
  • Persuasive, persistent, and patient, with the ability to cope with pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of our clients and candidates.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with strong time management skills.
  • Good IT skills to manage our recruitment database and tools effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
