US Talent Consultant
Location: Farnborough
Salary: Up to £35K DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage top talent in the US market.
- Build a robust network and effectively advertise to potential candidates.
- Identify and match candidate's skills with client vacancies to ensure the perfect fit.
- Attract, register, and manage new candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Information Gathering: Liaise with clients and candidates to gather detailed information, facilitating successful placements.
- Identify job leads and new opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of our US team.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR and other relevant regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and gain candidate's confidence.
- Persuasive, persistent, and patient, with the ability to cope with pressure.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of our clients and candidates.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, with strong time management skills.
- Good IT skills to manage our recruitment database and tools effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
