What’s the role about?

We are looking for a confident and engaging Talent Coordinator, to join our Talent team to support us during seasonal sales period. This role would be ideal for someone looking to start their career within Talent, in this exciting and fast-paced opportunity.

You will be providing an excellent service to our store teams whilst creating an elevated candidate experience and acting as an exemplary Reiss brand ambassador. You will be integral to the selection process for our seasonal employees for Christmas 2026.

This is a 14-week contract role from September to December 2026.

Who you are

A ‘people-person’ with an eye for spotting talent: authentic individuals with exceptional customer service skills and curious and ambitious mindset.

  • A brilliant relationship-builder and able to build a great rapport with stakeholders, candidates and within a team.
  • You will be a confident communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work proactively and use your own initiative.
  • Very strong organisation skills with great time management.
  • An interest in the fashion industry and working within talent.
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to prioritise tasks, whilst being adaptable.
  • Great IT skills and proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

What you’ll be doing

  • Telephone screening high volume of applications and selecting successful applicants to move to Group Assessments.
  • Assist in the planning and running of Assessment Days, as well as being present and providing an exceptional experience to all attendees.
  • Provide general administrative support within the Talent Team.
  • Organise and confirm interviews or assessments for candidates.
  • Be a regular point of contact for all candidates throughout the process and provide feedback to candidates, post-interview.
