We’re looking for a people-focused Talent Coordinator to be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition function and help us find, attract and hire brilliant people across Stanton House.
Stanton House is a specialist global recruitment company dedicated to connecting talented senior individuals with top-notch opportunities within the Accounting & Finance, Transformation, Data and Cybersecurity fields. About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join our People team and support Talent Acquisition across our UK and US businesses. You'll coordinate the recruitment journey from sourcing and first-stage interviews and support hiring managers during offer and onboarding. You manage our keep in touch process, building strong talent pipelines and relationships with our recruitment partners as you go.
It’s a varied, hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact. Alongside hiring, you’ll get exposure to the wider People function, including Learning & Development, onboarding and employer branding.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across Stanton House, helping us continuously improve how we attract, engage and hire great people.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively sourcing and engaging talent through LinkedIn
- Conducting first-stage interviews and managing candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Coordinating interviews, feedback, offers and new starter processes
- Building and maintaining pipelines of experienced recruiters and future talent
- Developing strong relationships with our rec2rec partners
- Supporting the onboarding of new starters
- Owning and updating our job adverts and helping ensure a consistently exceptional candidate experience
- Working closely with Marketing on our employer brand across LinkedIn, Instagram and Glassdoor
- Supporting Learning & Development and onboarding activity across the business
