Job Title: Talent Co-ordinator – EMEA M&A Integration

Location: Reading (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)
Duration: 6 months contract initially
No. of Openings: 2
Max. Budget: £49.9k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £261 per day Inside IR35

The Opportunity:

Client is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Talent Co-ordinator, to support the integration of Semrush into client following the completion of the acquisition. This is a fixed-term contract role focused on the EMEA region, where you'll help manage the employment contract lifecycle for approximately +1,000 employees being onboarded across multiple legal entities in the region.

This isn't a single-entity, single-country task. You'll be working across a complex, multi-country EMEA footprint, managing high volumes of contracts and contract addendums in structured phases, coordinating closely with Project leaders, Legal, BGC and onboarding teams to ensure people, process, and paperwork stay in sync as the integration moves forward.

If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, working at pace without losing accuracy, and being the person who pulls the right people into the room at the right time — this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end preparation, issuance, and tracking of employment contracts and contract addendums for employees transferring across multiple EMEA legal entities, in line with local labor law and works council/employee consultation requirements
  • Deliver this work in structured phases, aligned to the broader integration timeline, keeping each phase on track and flagging risks to deadlines early
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders in each market to align on entity-specific requirements, employee queries, and exceptions
  • Facilitate where needed, messaging for impacted employees at each phase of the integration — contract changes, onboarding steps, and key dates
  • Coordinate across Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, and IT/Workplace teams to pull the right stakeholders together at the right time, resolving blockers and keeping the integration moving
  • Build and maintain a strong cadence on high volume contract issuance, completion, and outstanding actions by entity and phase, providing regular status updates to integration leadership.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers with questions about their contract, transfer, or onboarding status and connecting dots with ERC to support the employee lifecycle as they onboard.
  • Identify process inefficiencies across the high-volume contract workflow and recommend improvements or automation opportunities
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records across all entities in line with data privacy requirements (GDPR and local equivalents)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
