Overview
We are looking for an organised and people-focused Talent Coordinator to join a remote UK-based team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in recruitment, talent coordination and supporting effective hiring processes within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of recruitment and talent-related activities.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
- Assist with job postings and candidate application management.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Support candidate onboarding and pre-employment administration.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate tracking information.
- Help deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.

Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Confident communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment, HR or applicant tracking systems is beneficial.
- Relevant qualification in HR, Business or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
