HLD Talent is hiring: Talent Coordinator for our CEO’s Roster

📍 The Strand, London | Hybrid | Full-Time

HLD Talent is a fast-growing, culture-driven talent management agency representing some of the UK’s most exciting digital creators. We focus on building long-term careers, helping talent expand beyond social platforms into broadcast, publishing, live events, brand partnerships and other commercial opportunities.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Coordinator to work directly under our CEO, supporting her across the day-to-day management of her talent roster.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business, combining talent management, campaign coordination, diary management and on the ground support. You’ll work closely with our CEO, her PA and the wider HLD team to ensure her roster is organised, supported and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with our CEO, supporting her across the management and development of her talent roster.
  • Coordinate diaries across the CEO and her talent, ensuring meetings, shoots, events, appearances, campaigns and other commitments are organised effectively.
  • Work closely with the CEO’s PA to ensure business and talent calendars are fully aligned, with clear visibility across priorities and commitments.
  • Manage campaign delivery once contracts are signed, coordinating timelines, deliverables, approvals and communication between talent, brands and agencies.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, transport and logistics for talent where required.
  • Organise glam teams, including hair, makeup and styling, for shoots, events, appearances and other talent commitments.
  • Attend shoots, events, meetings, appearances and other key engagements alongside the CEO and/or her talent, providing hands-on support and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between talent, brands, agencies and internal teams throughout campaign delivery.
  • Support with sourcing and coordinating brand partnerships and wider commercial opportunities.
  • Help identify and track opportunities across broadcast, publishing, live events, merchandise and other areas of talent development.
  • Assist with media kits, campaign reports and other talent-facing or commercial materials.
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, campaign trackers and calendars.
  • Anticipate what’s needed across the CEO’s roster and provide proactive day-to-day operational support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
