Talent Coordinator

London / Hybrid | £30,000 + Bonus | OTE £35,000

We're looking for a Talent Coordinator to join the team at Upload.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, talent-facing role working directly with some of the UK's leading creators, helping deliver the brand partnerships and sponsorships we secure for them.

You'll be paired with one of our Senior Partnerships Managers, working together as a team. They'll focus primarily on generating opportunities, building relationships with brands and agencies, negotiating and selling partnerships.

You'll help make those deals happen.

That means working directly with talent day to day, building strong relationships, communicating briefs, coordinating campaigns, attending shoots and activations, managing timelines and approvals, chasing deliverables and making sure partnerships get over the line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with talent day to day
  • Build strong relationships
  • Communicate briefs
  • Coordinate campaigns
  • Attend shoots and activations
  • Manage timelines and approvals
  • Chase deliverables
  • Ensure partnerships get over the line

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
