Talent & Culture Officer
The Landmark London seeks a passionate Talent and Culture Officer to join our team on a fixed-term 12-month basis to deliver memorable moments and five-star service. We value positive energy, diversity, and career growth.
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Manage, advise on, and resolve Talent and Culture (T&C), recruitment, and training queries for assigned departments.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from advertising to offer stage, ensuring high-caliber hires aligned with headcount and budget.
- Liaise with Department Managers on employee relations matters, providing coaching and guidance.
- Coach management on performance management and formal performance processes.
- Undertake T&C administration tasks to a high standard.
- Work necessary hours to fulfill duties, not less than 40 hours per week.
