Role: Talent Delivery Coordinator

Location: London (Hybrid)
Team: Contingent Staffing
Reporting To: Head of Contingent Recruitment

About Aquent

At Aquent, we connect world-class creative, marketing, tech, and business support talent with the world’s most exciting brands. We believe hiring should be a seamless, high-touch experience built on trust, transparency, and innovation.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and candidate-obsessed Talent Delivery Coordinator to join our Aquent London team. If you excel at scheduling at scale, solving problems in real time, and creating a white-glove candidate experience, this is your opportunity to shine.

The Opportunity

As our Talent Delivery Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end interview lifecycle for high-volume enterprise accounts across London. You will be the primary point of contact for our candidates—acting as their guide, partner, and biggest advocate from initial interview prep to onboarding.

This is a dynamic, hybrid-focused role where you will partner directly with our Agents (Recruiters) and the Operations Team to elevate talent communications, streamline sourcing, and build talent pools using cutting-edge sourcing techniques and AI solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
