We are looking for an organised Talent & Development Administrator to join our central team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep processes running seamlessly, and take pride in being the welcoming face of our Trust, this is your next step.

What you’ll be doing

  • You'll be a key part of our Talent and Development Team, supporting recruitment across non-teaching, teaching and leadership roles, with the chance to support our wider Development activity too.
  • Support candidates from their first enquiry through to their first day, keeping them informed and prepared at every step.
  • Help build our employer brand by creating engaging job adverts, social media content and role specific tiles that the Trust and individual academies can both use.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, collate panel documentation, support shortlisting, and keep our recruitment system (JobTrain) accurate and up to date.
  • Support reference and background checks, and help us maintain safeguarding compliance (KCSIE) across every hire.
  • Be a friendly, helpful voice for general enquiries into the team, and provide administrative support across a range of Talent and Development activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
