How You'll Impact
Sustainable Employee Development. Together with our Career Development Team, you will shape and support the career development of our consultants. You will initiate project evaluations, moderate feedback discussions, and coordinate the preparation of our regular Career Development Meetings. As a competent point of contact, you will assist internal stakeholders with all questions regarding the career development of our consultants. In doing so, you will ensure the systematic collection and analysis of development-relevant data and drive the continuous optimization of our talent management processes in coordination with various leadership levels.

Exciting Insights into Workforce Planning. In close collaboration with the Staffing Team, you will ensure that our consultants are assigned to suitable projects according to their level of development. Through your knowledge of Career Development processes, you will actively contribute to the further development of our consultants and help them reach their full potential.
A Successful Start. You will support our consultants. Together with the Career Development Team, you will coordinate and assist in the onboarding process from integration into client projects to embedding them within our Inverto team. This ensures that new Invertos experience a smooth and motivating start.
Internationality and Diversity. Our international growth offers you numerous opportunities to get involved in exciting People and Career Development projects. These include, for example, the integration of new locations, the continuous development of our comprehensive feedback formats, or supporting new initiatives in employee development.
What You'll Bring
- Successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally with a focus on HR, Business or Psychology related.
- Ideally, you have gained some first experience in an HR function with a focus on development.
- You want to thrive in an international and dynamic environment. Ideally, you have gained first experiences in the consulting world.
- You love people-related topics and want to use your skills to develop top international talent and be an important part of our success story.
- You work in an organized, structured manner and always keep track of your tasks.
- You are a quick learner with a growth mindset, eager to continuously develop yourself, and possess strong analytical skills, approaching data with precision and reliability.
- You have business-fluent English and present yourself confidently and professionally.
- You thrive in a team, stay grounded, treat others with fairness, and bring authenticity to every interaction.
