About the Role:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Talent & Development Coordinator to join our People team at InPost UK.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their career in HR, Learning & Development or Talent Development, who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes and takes pride in getting the detail right. Working closely with the Talent & Development Lead and Talent & Development Partner, you’ll provide the administrative and logistical support that keeps our learning, apprenticeship and development activity running smoothly.
From coordinating training sessions and preparing materials to maintaining records, supporting apprentices and helping with induction, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our people have a seamless development experience. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of Talent & Development activity while building your knowledge and experience within a fast-paced People team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide first-line support to employees and managers with queries relating to development programmes, apprenticeships and training bookings.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops and meetings, including booking rooms and resources, preparing joining instructions and managing calendar invitations.
- Prepare and organise training materials, handouts and other resources to ensure sessions are ready to go.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion and feedback across relevant systems, working closely with our Learning Systems specialist.
- Maintain our Apprenticeship tracker and support the Talent & Development Lead in guiding learners throughout their apprenticeship journey at InPost.
- Liaise with apprenticeship suppliers and help ensure the Government DAS system remains accurate and up to date.
- Support the coordination of our Induction programme, ensuring new starters have everything they need ahead of their first day.
- Maintain L&D trackers, budgets and reporting documents, identifying and flagging any discrepancies to the Talent & Development Lead.
- Help keep our Development content libraries, templates and shared resources organised and up to date.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Talent & Development Lead and Talent & Development Partner.
- Support the delivery of key development programmes, with opportunities to build your own facilitation skills and experience where appropriate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
