Profile
A Successful Talent & Development Manager Should Have
- Proven experience in talent and development within a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the retail sector and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design and deliver impactful development programmes.
- Knowledge of succession planning and leadership development.
- Confidence in evaluating and improving training outcomes.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.

Job Offer
- Salary between £75,000 and £80,000 pro rata (4 days), dependent on the level of experience.
- Additional benefits package.
