Talent Development

Global Consumer Business

6-Month Temporary Assignment

£450-£550 per day DOE

Location: London - Hybrid 3 days a week

Duration: 6 months (approx.)

Day Rate: £450-£550 per day, depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a global consumer-based business to recruit an experienced Talent Development for a six-month assignment.

The global Talent Acceleration function sits within People & Culture and operates across the US, EMEA and APAC, focusing on six key areas: Leadership Development, Onboarding, Culture, AI-Native Work & Workforce, Talent Management and Team Effectiveness.

This is a fast-paced, commercially focused environment where the successful individual will work closely with senior leadership and take ownership of projects from design through to delivery.

The role is deliberately broad and agile. Rather than owning one fixed area, you will work across multiple priorities, picking up projects where additional expertise and delivery capacity is needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive projects across leadership development, onboarding, culture, AI-enabled workforce initiatives, talent management and team effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver programmes end-to-end, from scoping and content development through to implementation and evaluation.
  • Partner with HR leads, business leaders and wider People & Culture teams across EMEA and globally.
  • Facilitate workshops, training programmes and leadership sessions for audiences ranging from early-career colleagues to senior leaders.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, trackers and status reporting, proactively identifying risks and dependencies.
  • Use data, insight and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve programmes.
  • Pick up projects already in flight, quickly establish priorities and drive them through to completion.
  • Work closely with global leads while taking ownership of day-to-day design and delivery decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
