Talent & Development Manager, EMEA

Job Outline

Responsible for developing people, building leadership capability, and shaping the future workforce, the role requires an experienced manager to lead our talent and development agenda, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the skills and leadership needed to achieve our business goals.

In this key leadership role, you will design and deliver talent, leadership, succession, and learning strategies that strengthen organizational capability, support employee growth, and create a strong pipeline of future talent.

What the Role Involves

  • Develop and implement talent management, succession planning, and leadership development strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Lead the organization's learning and development strategy, ensuring programmes build critical skills and future capability.
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues to identify talent needs, capability gaps, and development opportunities.
  • Design and deliver leadership, management, coaching, and mentoring programmes that enhance individual and organizational performance.
  • Lead talent review and succession planning processes, ensuring robust pipelines for key and critical roles.
  • Develop graduate and early careers programmes that attract and nurture future talent.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, career development, and high performance across the organization.
  • Oversee the effective use and continuous improvement of learning technologies, including the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of talent and learning initiatives, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external learning providers and identify funding opportunities to maximize development investment.

Do you have:

  • Degree level / professional qualifications with a clear level of experience in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to identify talent priorities and deliver effective people solutions.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership, coaching, mentoring, and graduate development programmes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess talent data, identify risks, and measure programme effectiveness.
  • Experience managing learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
