Talent Development Manager
Hybrid | People Team, Learning & Knowledge
At Higgs, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As we continue our exciting growth journey, we're looking for an experienced Talent Development Manager to help shape the future of learning, leadership and performance across the firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to design and deliver a market-leading talent and development strategy that helps our people thrive, supports career progression, and builds the leadership capability needed for the future.
What you'll be doing
- Driving the firm's talent, leadership and professional development strategy
- Building development pathways for emerging leaders, managers, senior leaders, partners and future partners
- Identifying high-potential talent and strengthening succession planning
- Leading and evolving our performance management framework, including appraisals, development planning and promotion processes
- Developing commercial, leadership and client-focused capability across the business
- Coaching and supporting managers to build high-performing teams
- Embedding future skills, including AI and digital capability, into learning programmes
- Using data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve the development experience

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Significant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organisational Development
- Experience within a professional services environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A track record of designing and delivering impactful development programmes
- Experience of talent management, succession planning and performance frameworks
- A strategic mindset combined with a practical, hands-on approach
- Excellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills
