Team Introduction
Our Talent Development team sits within the broader People department. We're a supportive team focused on improving the employee experience and optimising the learning lifecycle.
We design and deliver high-impact training, global learning initiatives, and highly successful apprenticeship programmes. Together, we empower our global workforce, aligning developmental needs with Future's exciting business goals.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Director of ESG, Talent Development, Comms & Engagement, you'll play a vital role in coordinating our group-wide training and apprenticeship programmes. You'll manage the administration of digital modules, induction processes, and e-learning courses across the organisation. In this role, you'll partner with our Global Talent Development Leads to schedule events and build competency matrices.
You'll also collaborate with our Senior ESG Associate to roll out talent programmes focused on diversity and community impact. Using e-learning platforms, digital survey tools, and communication channels like Slack, you'll ensure seamless programme delivery. Your work will help connect our people with growth opportunities, directly supporting their career journeys at Future.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the planning, administration, and scheduling of all induction, training, and e-learning programmes.
- Support the creation of digital, self-paced learning modules and competency matrices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices and managers, supporting their learning needs.
- Oversee the Apprenticeship Levy administration in England, ensuring effective use and monitoring learning provider performance.
- Partner with our Senior ESG Associate to design and roll out impactful diversity and community programmes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote development programmes and track success metrics.

What you’ll bring
- Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with global stakeholders and partners.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with a structured approach to priorities.
- Experience designing digital learning assets or using learning management platforms.
- Familiarity with the Apprenticeship Levy framework in England and managing apprenticeship programmes.
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving and an openness to learning new skills.
- Ability to evaluate programme data and present findings to improve team initiatives.
