The Role
We are looking for a creative, engaging and commercially minded Talent and Development Partner to help build the skills, knowledge and capability Foxtons needs to succeed, both now and in the future.
This is an exciting opportunity to create learning that makes a visible difference. You will design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that help our people perform at their best. From setting new starters up for success and building role-specific capability, to developing managers and future leaders, your work will reach across the employee lifecycle and help our people belong, thrive, grow and succeed.
As part of our Talent Centre of Excellence, you will take a holistic approach to developing our people and contribute to priorities including learning and development, leadership development, manager capability, employee experience, performance enablement, career development, succession planning, workforce capability and EDI.
Partnering with leaders, managers, subject matter experts and the wider People & Culture team, you will translate business needs into practical, engaging and measurable development solutions. You will also help bring our values and Getting It Done. Together. to life through how our people learn, lead, collaborate and deliver for our customers.
What You Will Be Doing
Learning and Capability
- Partner with leaders, managers and the wider Talent team to identify current and future skills, knowledge and capability needs.
- Use performance data, employee feedback, customer insight and business priorities to determine the right learning interventions.
- Build development pathways that improve confidence, capability, commercial performance and career progression.
- Analyse skills gaps and workforce capability against the current and future needs of the business.
- Ensure learning supports Foxtons’ purpose, strategic priorities and customer experience.
Learning Design and Content Creation
- Design engaging training programmes, workshops and learning pathways for our people at different levels and career stages.
- Create high-quality presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, toolkits and digital learning resources.
- Develop blended learning solutions that combine classroom, virtual, digital, on-the-job and self-directed learning.
- Work with subject matter experts to translate technical or complex information into clear, practical and engaging content.
- Review and refresh existing learning materials to ensure they remain relevant, inclusive and commercially focused.
- Create accessible, on-demand resources that our people can use at the point of need.
- Embed Foxtons’ values and Getting It Done. Together. throughout our learning content and development experiences.

Delivery and Facilitation
- Deliver engaging workshops, induction programmes and development sessions for our people at all levels.
- Coordinate facilitators, subject matter experts and external providers to ensure a seamless, high-quality learning experience.
- Adapt delivery to different roles and audiences, ensuring learning is practical, inclusive and applied in the workplace.
Wider Talent Priorities
- Contribute to leadership and manager development, creating practical tools and interventions that strengthen capability and performance.
- Support employee experience and EDI initiatives that help our people belong, thrive, grow and succeed.
- Help embed effective performance, development and career conversations that enable clearer progression and stronger people development.
- Support succession planning by identifying development needs and creating opportunities that prepare our people for future roles.
- Use business insight and workforce needs to help build the capabilities Foxtons will need for the future.
Evaluation and Impact
- Set clear objectives and measures of success for learning, change and Talent interventions.
- Gather and analyse participant feedback, stakeholder insight and relevant performance data.
- Evaluate whether learning is being applied and contributing to improvements in capability, behaviour and performance.
- Use evidence and feedback to continuously improve learning content, facilitation and the wider employee experience.
- Help demonstrate the commercial and organisational impact of Talent and Development activity.

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum three years’ experience working in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development or a related people role.
- Strong facilitation skills and confidence delivering learning to varied audiences and levels of seniority.
- Demonstrable experience designing engaging learning content, workshops and blended development solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and equally strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to present information clearly, creatively and visually.
- The ability to understand a business challenge and translate it into a practical development solution.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, managers and subject matter experts.
- A proactive, energetic and collaborative approach, with the confidence to use your initiative and get things done.
- The ability to use feedback and data to evaluate impact and improve solutions.
