The Role
To support the running of a high-performing staffing programme for our clients' employee population in London.
Purpose of the Role
Be the engine behind a high-touch, people-first staffing and development programme. Partnering with the HR Lead to match the right talent and expertise to the projects, balancing business needs with development. Own the full performance development cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily and weekly staffing and work with key stakeholders to determine relevant skills and experience aligned to project work
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and understand what is required from both a performance and development perspective
- Advise hiring recommendations that work for both the individual and the business
- Own the end-to-end performance development cycle and related activities
- Manage the development data relevant to performance and internal requirements for each project, matching both the individual needs and stakeholder/team needs

Experience Required
- Relevant experience and a strong track record in Professional Development/Staffing/Recruitment/management at scale, with a people-focused approach
- Former Talent or professional services (e.g., consulting) individual - understanding or previous knowledge of Talent Development is an advantage
- Strong communication skills across senior stakeholders
