About the Role

Ever tried delivering learning that needs to land consistently across multiple locations, teams, and disciplines, while still meeting the unique needs of each audience? As a Talent Development Partner reporting to the Talent Development Manager (South regions), you'll play a key role in shaping how our people learn, develop, and grow across the business. This is a field-based role covering key South locations such as Reading, Bristol, Southampton, and Exeter, with hybrid working and a salary of £40,000 to £42,000.

This role sits at the heart of our talent strategy. Working collaboratively with Talent Development Partners, the wider Talent & People team, and senior stakeholders across the business, you'll help create engaging development experiences that equip our people to perform better today while building the skills they need for tomorrow. From learning needs analysis and programme design through to facilitation, coaching, and evaluation, you'll help ensure development solutions make a measurable difference.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver learning and development programmes across Sales, Lettings, and Property Management disciplines, ensuring a consistent experience across locations
  • Facilitate face-to-face and online instructor-led learning programmes, including new starter and technical skills training
  • Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders to understand talent development priorities and future capability needs
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and translate findings into targeted development solutions
  • Design engaging learning initiatives, materials, and resources that support individual, team, and business performance
  • Partner with colleagues across Talent Development, Digital Learning, and People teams to deliver aligned and effective learning experiences
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and use insight and feedback to enhance future interventions
  • Coach individuals and groups to support development, performance, and career growth
  • Contribute to projects including onboarding, career pathways, and succession planning initiatives
  • Act as an ambassador for Talent Development, promoting learning opportunities and supporting the successful delivery of the wider talent strategy

What You'll Need

We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too! We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes
  • Strong understanding of learning methodologies and how to apply them to achieve business outcomes
  • Experience coaching individuals and teams to improve performance and unlock potential
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels
  • Strong planning, organisational, and project management capabilities
  • A coaching and/or psychometric qualification and CIPD or related Learning & Development qualification, or a willingness to work towards one
