Are you looking to join a growing, values-led organisation with a clear social purpose?

At SettleParadigm, we’re proud to be the largest housing group in the region, managing over 30,000 homes across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire. Everything we do is about delivering excellent services, high quality homes, neighbourhoods we can be proud of and maximising the number of new affordable homes we build. Through our merger we’ve brought together shared values, skills and ambition, so we can build more affordable homes and make an even bigger difference in the communities we serve.

At SettleParadigm, we know that great services are built by great people. That's why we're looking for a Talent Development Partner to help shape the future of learning, leadership and professional development across our organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by helping colleagues build the skills, confidence and capability they need to succeed. Working closely with leaders and managers across the business, you'll play a key role in creating a culture where learning is part of everyday life, supporting people to grow, develop and deliver excellent outcomes for our residents and communities.

About the Role

As our Talent Development Partner, you'll take the lead in designing, delivering and continuously improving learning and development across SettleParadigm.

Partnering with leaders and managers, you'll identify development needs and create engaging, practical learning solutions that have a genuine impact on individual and organisational performance. From leadership development programmes and apprenticeships to mandatory training, professional qualifications and continuing professional development (CPD), you'll help ensure our colleagues have the tools, knowledge and confidence they need to thrive both now and in the future.

You'll also be the champion for our Learning Management System (LMS), helping to create a seamless and engaging learning experience. By ensuring colleagues can easily access high-quality learning content and by providing meaningful reporting and insights, you'll support informed decision-making and help demonstrate the value of our learning investment.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. It offers the opportunity to influence organisational performance, enhance the colleague experience and help build a culture where people can do their best work and continue to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
