Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a portfolio of leadership and talent development programs across various global regions, ensuring each program is thoughtfully planned, expertly executed, and provides an outstanding experience for employees.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and the global Talent Development team to understand organizational priorities and translate them into learning experiences that drive meaningful change.
  • Take full ownership of the operational aspects of programs, including meticulous planning, effective communications, budget management, vendor relations, learning systems administration, and comprehensive reporting.
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure learners, facilitators, and stakeholders have all necessary resources for success.
  • Develop compelling communications that inspire participation and build excitement around development opportunities.
  • Utilize feedback and program data to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies.
  • Leverage AI tools in daily work to enhance communications, streamline administration, analyze feedback, and discover more efficient ways to deliver programs.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to simplify, improve, and optimize processes, challenging the status quo to implement better ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering programs or projects from inception to completion, ideally managing multiple initiatives concurrently within a fast-paced environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset, demonstrating strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience managing budgets, external vendors, and the operational aspects of program delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • A natural ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse teams and levels, even without direct authority.
  • A genuine passion for creating valuable, engaging, and accessible learning experiences.
  • Confidence in utilizing AI tools in daily tasks and a curious approach to exploring how AI can enhance work processes and created experiences.
  • A proactive and self-starting approach, readily identifying opportunities, solving problems, and taking ownership.
  • Proficiency in using data and feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve future programs.
  • Experience operating within a global, matrixed organizational structure, successfully building relationships and navigating diverse priorities across teams.
