Talent Development Coordinator / Specialist 12 Month FTC

London | Hybrid Working

A leading financial services organisation is seeking a highly organised Talent Development Specialist to join its HR team, supporting the administration and coordination of talent development programmes across the business.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Learning & Development administration experience who enjoys managing processes, coordinating programmes and providing exceptional stakeholder support. The position offers broad exposure across learning, leadership development, mentoring, coaching and early careers initiatives.

  • Managing the Talent Development mailbox and responding to employee queries.
  • Coordinating learning programmes, workshops and development events.
  • Processing study support requests and invoices.
  • Administering coaching and mentoring programmes.
  • Maintaining Talent Development intranet and SharePoint sites.
  • Supporting apprenticeship and internship programmes.
  • Producing training, compliance and participation reports.
  • Monitoring programme trackers and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Supporting the delivery of firmwide talent and learning initiatives.

About you:

  • Experience within Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR or Training Administration.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and Learning Management Systems.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to stakeholder support.
