Role: Talent Enablement Operations Coordinator (Contract)
This role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.
Location: London, UK (3x Office)
Duration: 9 months
The ideal candidate will have valid work authorization to work within the United Kingdom. This position is not eligible for any visa sponsorship.
Job Description
Your Career
The Talent Enablement Operations Coordinator (Contract) will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Talent Enablement team by facilitating the planning, logistics, and administration of our programs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills to ensure the seamless execution of talent development initiatives on a global scale.
Your Impact
- Assist in the coordination and execution of talent development programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communications
- Collaborate with program leaders to ensure the smooth delivery of training and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of program participants, materials, and feedback
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing program-related documentation
- Work closely with the Talent Enablement Partners to address specific regional or organizational needs related to talent development
- Administrative tasks in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensure the LMS is up-to-date with relevant training materials and accessible to all users
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate training on LMS functionality
- Act as a liaison between program participants, facilitators, and leadership to ensure open communication and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate talent development initiatives into broader organizational strategies
- Support Welcome Day facilitation on rotation - 1-2x a month
- Help the Interview Center to support greeting interviewing candidates as needed

Your Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience or equivalent military experience)
- Proven experience in program coordination, administration, or a related role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment that spans multiple time zones
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications
- Experience in talent organization/development or human resources
- Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methodologies
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
