Sitting within the Central Talent Team (CTT) function, we have an exciting opportunity for two Talent Engagement Administrators to join our dedicated in-house recruitment team; this team provides end-to-end recruitment expertise, supporting the Group operations. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers from the initial recruitment request through to onboarding successful candidates. You’ll be responsible for managing internal approvals, publishing job adverts, and coordinating pre-employment checks including right to work, criminal records, and references. You’ll also help manage a shared mailbox, responding to complex recruitment queries with professionalism and care.
This is an exciting time to join the team as we introduce a new recruitment approach that enhances support for both hiring managers and candidates. You will play a key role in delivering our improved recruitment model, providing more end-to-end recruitment support to managers and serving as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout their onboarding journey. By actively supporting and championing these changes, you will help drive a more efficient recruitment process, reducing administrative burdens for managers, shortening time-to-hire, and ensuring a positive, consistent, and engaging experience for candidates from offer acceptance through to employment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
