About One Twelve Agency

One Twelve Agency is a talent management and creator marketing agency representing founders, entrepreneurs, experts and creators with genuine authority in their industries.

Our B2B division sits at the intersection of talent management, creator partnerships and business. As the B2B creator economy grows, our ambition is to build the leading B2B talent proposition in the UK and Europe. We’re looking for a B2B Talent Executive to help us build it.

The Role

This is a junior role with unusually strong commercial exposure. You’ll work closely with our B2B & Partnerships Talent Manager across the day-to-day commercial management of our roster, helping us deliver an exceptional standard of service to talent while keeping creator partnerships, campaigns, proactive outreach and commercial activity moving.

On a typical day, you might be progressing an inbound brand brief, updating talent on a live opportunity, supporting a fee negotiation, chasing campaign approval, researching the right contact at a brand we want to work with and making sure every next action is accurately captured across our systems.

You do not need to have done every part of this role before. We’re looking for someone with the raw operating ability, curiosity and ambition to learn quickly.

As your judgement develops, so will your responsibility.

Good in this role looks simple: opportunities move, follow-ups happen, systems stay accurate, talent feel looked after and important details do not get forgotten.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing creator partnerships: responding to inbound enquiries, gathering briefs, understanding deliverables, budgets, usage and exclusivity, briefing talent and supporting commercial negotiations.
  • Keeping campaigns moving: managing deadlines, approvals, deliverables, contracts, go-live dates and proactive updates to both talent and clients.
  • Supporting proactive business development: researching brands and agencies, identifying the right contacts, supporting targeted outreach and owning follow-ups so conversations don’t disappear.
  • Maintaining our B2B talent systems: keeping talent workbooks, Trello boards, commercial pipelines, campaign trackers, rates, contracts and follow-up dates accurate and current.
  • Supporting our talent: keeping talent proactively updated, coordinating meetings and information, and helping deliver a standard of management where people rarely need to chase us to find out what is happening.
  • Developing commercial judgement: learning how creator pricing, usage, exclusivity, contracts and negotiation work, and increasingly bringing recommendations rather than simply escalating questions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll work with ambitious founders and experts who care deeply about their businesses, reputations and commercial opportunities, so confidence, judgement and emotional intelligence matter alongside organisation.

What we’re looking for

We care more about how you operate than having the perfect CV. You’re likely early in your career, perhaps with around 1 to 2 years’ experience across talent management, creator or influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, campaigns, account management or another fast-moving client-facing environment.

What matters most is that you are:

  • Exceptionally organised. Lots of moving pieces do not mean dropped balls.
  • Proactive and accountable. You naturally move things forward and close loops.
  • A strong communicator. You write clearly, warmly and professionally.
  • Highly detail-oriented. You notice the wrong date, missing usage term or inconsistent fee before it becomes a problem.
  • Commercially curious. You want to understand why a partnership makes sense, what it is worth and how brands and talent create value together.
  • Quick to learn. You take feedback well, apply it and want your responsibility to grow alongside your capability.

You’ll also need to be comfortable working at pace, managing different personalities and staying calm when several things need attention at once.

What you don’t need to know yet

You do not need to arrive as an expert in creator negotiation, usage rights, exclusivity, contracts, B2B creator partnerships or proactive outreach. We can teach those things.

What is much harder to teach is ownership, attention to detail, curiosity, judgement and the desire to produce excellent work.

Why One Twelve Agency?

B2B creator marketing is still being defined, and you’ll be joining while we are actively building our proposition and growing a roster of ambitious founders and experts.

You’ll work close to the decision-making, with hands-on exposure to talent management, creator negotiations, commercial partnerships, business development and strategy.

You won’t spend two years watching somebody else do the interesting work. For the right person, this role is designed to build the foundations of becoming a commercially strong Talent Manager over time.

If you’re ambitious, highly capable and ready for more responsibility than your current role is giving you, we’d love to hear from you.
